No. BrandPush follows European Union sanctions, so we can't accept orders from businesses registered in Russia or Belarus or from people based there, or publish stories that promote them.
Why
BrandPush is operated by a company registered in the European Union. EU sanctions don't allow public relations or advertising services for companies established in Russia, or for the Belarusian state and its companies. The rules also cover providing these services indirectly, for example through a company in another country.
To stay clearly within these rules, we apply the same policy to every business registered in Belarus, and to anyone based in Russia or Belarus who is promoting their own business, services or work.
Who we can't accept
Businesses, organizations and government bodies registered in Russia or Belarus, including sole traders.
Branches and offices of those businesses in other countries.
People based in Russia or Belarus promoting their own business, services or work, such as freelancers, consultants, artists and authors.
Stories promoting a brand, product or service owned by a business registered in Russia or Belarus, even when the order comes from a company elsewhere, such as a subsidiary, distributor, agency or reseller.
Anyone on an EU sanctions list, in any country.
Who we can accept
Businesses registered and operating outside Russia and Belarus, and people based outside them, are welcome. The language on your website and the nationality of your team don't matter on their own. A website in Russian is fine, as long as the business is registered outside Russia and Belarus.
Why we might ask for proof of registration
If something in your order or on your website points to Russia or Belarus, such as an address, a phone number, a .ru or .by web address, or prices in rubles, we'll pause the order and ask where the business is registered. Please send one of these:
A link to the business's entry in its country's official business registry.
A certificate of incorporation or a recent registry extract showing the country and address where the business is registered.

We start your order as soon as the registration is confirmed. If the business turns out to be registered in Russia or Belarus, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
