This is normal news syndication: the same story is republished by multiple news sites.
Will every publication look exactly the same?
The main article content is the same, but individual publishers may apply their own page layout, formatting, labels, image treatment or other presentation changes.
Is syndicated content a Google penalty?
Publishing the same press release on several news sites is normal syndication. Google may group, filter or choose one version to show prominently rather than displaying every identical copy.
That does not automatically mean your website has been penalized. Search visibility depends on many factors, and Google decides which version of similar content to surface.

Should I disavow the publications?
In most cases, there is no reason to disavow legitimate news coverage simply because the same story appears on several sites.
Google's disavow tool is intended for specific link-related problems and should be used carefully. If you are concerned about a particular link, speak with an SEO professional before disavowing it.
