There are many reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation or any other emails from us. We will list the most common reasons and solutions below.
The first thing you should always do is just search your inbox for the word brandpush to see if the email is buried away somewhere in your inbox.
If that does not work, then go over the list of most likely reasons below.
Note: You are always able to contact us using the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the window, regardless of whether or not you are receiving our emails.

Most common reasons for not finding our emails
Sent to the Junk or Spam folder
The most common reason a client cannot find any of our emails is that some inboxes send them to the spam or junk folders. So it's important to search in those folders first to see if you can find any emails from us. To do this, navigate to your junk or spam folder and search for the word brandpush.
If you do find that our emails are in your junk or spam folder, you can add us to your white list to prevent this from happening in the future.
Checking the wrong email account
Many of our clients use multiple email accounts. It's important to check the account of the email address you provided when you first placed your order. If you can't remember which account you used, then you should check all your accounts just to be sure.
Typo in the email address
Another possible issue for not receiving our emails would be if there were a typo in your email address when you placed your order. If you suspect this could be the case, then just contact us using the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and let us know your correct email address, website URL, and payment method so we can try to find your order and update the email address for you.
How to add us to your email whitelist
To ensure that you always receive emails from us, you can add our domains and email addresses to your email accounts white list. Here are the three you should add to your whitelist:
@mail.brandpush.co
@brandpush.intercom-mail.com
