After placing your first order, you will be sent an order confirmation with login details that were automatically generated for you.

The most common reason clients do not receive this email is that it goes to your spam or junk folder. So you can usually find your login details by searching for the subject or email address listed below:

Subject: 🧾 Order Receipt

Another possible issue for not receiving our order receipt email would be if there were a typo in your email address when you placed your order. So if the below techniques do not help you access your account, please send us a message with your email address, website URL, and payment method so we can try to find your order and reset your login details for you.

But first, let's try to solve the issue using the techniques below.

How to add us to your email whitelist

To ensure that you always receive emails from us, you can add our domains and email addresses to your email accounts white list. Here are the three you should add to your whitelist:

@mail.brandpush.co

@brandpush.intercom-mail.com

How to reset your login details

If you cannot find your login details or they are not working, you can also try resetting your password. Follow the steps below to reset your login.

1) Visit the reset password page: https://www.brandpush.co/account/reset_password.php

2) Enter the email address you used when placing your order, then click the Send Link button.

3) Check your email account for a password reset link (Subject: Password Reset). Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes to receive the email. To ensure you receive it, you should add our email addresses to your whitelist using the guide above.

4) Open the email and click on the Reset My Password button.

5) Enter your new password in the two fields provided, then click the Reset my password button.

6) Once your password is reset, you will be able to login to your account here: https://www.brandpush.co/account/

Note: If you cannot see your orders after logging in, it's possible that you placed your order using another email address. In that case, you need to log out and log back in using the correct email address.

The other possibility is that there was a typo in the email address you provided when placing your order. In that case, you should contact our support and provide the email address, website URL, and payment method you used when placing your order so we can reset your login details for you.
